Kaci L. Trojan
Kaci Trojan entered the practice of law in 2009 upon earning her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma, where she was recognized as a Graduate with Distinction among her peers. Throughout school, Mrs. Trojan clerked with the Oklahoma City Municipal Counselor, the Office of the Chief Justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court, and Durbin, Larimore & Bialick. Ms. Trojan earned a B.S. in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and was recognized as a Top Ten Business Senior by the School of Business.
Ms. Trojan is annually selected by her peers for inclusion in Super Lawyers Magazine. From 2013-2017, she was recognized as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers, an honor reserved for only the top 2.5% of lawyers under the age of 40 in the State of Oklahoma. Mrs. Trojan was also selected as a "Top 10 Personal Injury Attorney Under 40" in Oklahoma for 2017 by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.
In her nine years at the firm, Ms. Trojan has both successfully defended and prosecuted cases as a first-chair trial lawyer. She is a member of the Oklahoma County and Oklahoma Bar Associations, and served in the past as an Associate in the Luther Bohannon American Inn of Court. In addition to these professional memberships, Ms. Trojan volunteers her time with Oklahoma Lawyers for Children, a nonprofit child advocacy organization. Ms. Trojan routinely serves as a guest lecturer on Pretrial Litigation Practices and Ethics at the Oklahoma City University School of Law. She has also presented at the National Business Institute Seminar on Trucking and Transportation.
