Timothy L. Martin

Timothy L. Martin has accumulated over 35 years experience as a trial lawyer and certified mediator. Timothy was born in 1947 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma in 1971. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Oklahoma City University in 1983.

Timothy has been admitted to practice before the Oklahoma Supreme Court, the Chickasaw Nation Tribal Court and Gaming Commission, Oklahoma District Court for Northern, Eastern and Western Districts, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. 

His practice has included Insurance Defense, encompassing aviation, construction, automobile, truck, premises, bad faith, insurance coverage, employment law, oil field (including downhole losses and pollution), and professional liability in the legal, dental and nursing fields.

Timothy is also a member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association (Fee Grievance and Ethics Committee, 1998-present), Oklahoma Bar Association (Rules of Professional Conduct Committee, 1999-present), the Chickasaw Bar Association, American Bar Association, Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, Defense Research Institute and the International Association of Defense Counsel.
