David L. Kearney
David L. Kearney’s litigation practice includes an emphasis in the areas of Environmental Law, Oil and Gas Law, Eminent Domain, Products Liability, Insurance Law, Construction Law and Complex Litigation. Mr. Kearney has accumulated 31 years experience in all facets of trial litigation, appellate work, and has tried numerous cases in the state and federal courts in Oklahoma.
David is a frequent lecturer in seminars on issues of Bad Faith Insurance Claims, Eminent Domain, Nuisance Law in Oklahoma as it relates to claims of oil field pollution, and general litigation techniques. He has also been selected as an Oklahoma Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers Magazine and and has been recognized with a Metropolitan Tier-1 ranking in Oklahoma City in the practice areas of Insurance Law, Litigation - Construction and Litigation - ERISA, Commercial Litigation, by The Best Lawyers in America.
