Weston H. White’s practice consists of civil litigation in a variety of areas including nursing home litigation, construction litigation, and general insurance defense. He has represented individual and corporations alike. He is admitted to practice in Oklahoma, the U.S. District Court, Western District of Oklahoma, and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Oklahoma. In addition to his law practice, Mr. White regularly assists with the American Association for Justice Trial Team at the Oklahoma College of Law.
Mr. White is involved in several professional associations, including serving on the Access to Justice Committee of the Oklahoma Bar Association. Mr. White is an active member in the Robert J. Turner Inn of Court where he assists teaching continuing legal education topics, and fraternizing with other (in)famous attorneys practicing in the Oklahoma City area. He is a member of the American Association for Justice as well as the American Bar Association.
Mr. White earned his Bachelor's Degree from the leader in Big XII academics and athletics, Baylor University. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma.
Weston is married to fellow attorney, Valerie White. The two live in Norman, Oklahoma with their son, Jack, and their daughter, Evyn. Valerie, Jack, and Evyn are the lights of his life.
