David B. Donchin has served clients since 1984, assisting businesses and individuals in a broad range of practice areas, including Litigation, Personal Injury Law, Insurance Law, Products Liability Law, Environmental Law, Employment Law, and Medical Malpractice Law. He is admitted to practice in Oklahoma, all Federal Courts in Oklahoma, the U.S. Court of Appeals (Tenth Circuit), and U.S. Supreme Court. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Donchin has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, and as a member of the Faculty of the Southern Region of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.

He has been selected as one of the State's SuperLawyers by Oklahoma Magazine in the area of Personal Injury Defense for the years 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.

Mr. Donchin is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Mr. Donchin has been involved in several professional associations, including serving as Chairman of the Young Lawyers Division of the Oklahoma County Bar Association and Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Bar Association. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, Defense Research Institute, and a Master in the Luther Bohanon American Inns of Court XXIII.

Mr. Donchin earned his Juris Doctor and Bachelor's Degree from the University of Oklahoma. He has served as Chairman of the University of Oklahoma College of Law Alumni Association.
