Mark E. Bialick has practiced law for 29 years, having began his law career in 1981.  He is admitted to practice in Oklahoma, all Federal Courts in the State of Oklahoma, U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.  He practices in Litigation, Personal Injury Law, Insurance Law, Fire, and Products Liability Law.

He is a frequent lecturer on trial practice and matters involving insurance law.  

Mr. Bialick belongs to several professional organizations, including the Oklahoma Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute.

He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America and has been selected as one of the State's "Top 10 Attorneys" by Oklahoma Magazine and Super Lawyers Magazine in both 2008 and 2009.

Mr. Bialick is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.  

He earned his Juris Doctor and Bachelor's degrees from the University of Oklahoma, serving as Editor of the Oklahoma Law Review from 1979-1981.
